The art of cooking has changed very little over the past 100 years. While today we enjoy access to significantly greater varieties of foods from around the world, the methods of cooking remain the same. Our approach to teaching is based on taking a Culinary School curriculum, and delivering the content in a fun, easy to understand, and entertaining demonstration, delivered in the comfort of your kitchen, with the music you enjoy in the background, and even a glass of your favorite wine if you so choose.
What makes us different from any other "cooking class" or "personal chef" experience you may have enjoyed, is that we don't just show you how to make a few dishes, we teach you the techniques so that you can create an unlimited number of dishes customized to your taste. We don't give you fish, we teach you how to fish.
Our "lessons" can take many forms and cover the spectrum of clients from the serious culinary enthusiast wanting to learn how to master the "Mother Sauces", to the struggling individual or parent wanting to create edible meals.
