 President

 Mr. Picozzi's transportation  background includes: Director of
 Transportation for Toll Brothers,  Inc.,  Senior VP and Partner of
 Labor and Logistics Management, Inc., VP of Sales for Austin
 Truck Rental, Inc., and President of Picture It Clearly, a workforce
 consulting company specializing in creating dynamic training applications. 

Mr. Picozzi’s received an MBA in Management Information Systems from LaSalle University and was the recipient of the Universities Excellence Prize, a BA from Franklin and Marshall College majoring in Economics and was the recipient of the Theodore M. Wood Prize in Economics, and an Associates Degree in Chef Training from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College.

 VP Business Development

 12 Years experience in driver leasing handling sales, recruiting,
 operations and safety. Over 20 years in management and sales. 
 
 Bachelor's degree from Temple  University.


 Curt Roble

 VP Administration

 5 + Years experience in Transportation. 14 + Years Experience in
 Manufacturing, Sales, Accounting & Customer Service for several
 start up companies in the Philadelphia area. 2 Years experience Regional Operations Manager for a New Jersey base Telecommunications Contractor

 Dave Wallover

 VP Operations

 20+ Years experience in transportation - Including Smith System
 Driving Instructor, CDL "A" Driver, driving various types of
 equipment, hiring drivers and maintaining driver qualification files.
 Driver file audits maintaining expiration Items, and DOT regulations.


 Brett Maeder

 Customer Service /  Driver Recruiter / Dispatch / Sales

 5+ Years experience in transportation - Including hiring drivers and
 maintaining driver DQ files. Effectively screen and hire applicants
 with various backgrounds that will complement our customer's needs
 along with the drivers.

 Customer Service / Administrative Assistance

 20 + Years experience in customer services, accounting, and
 administration. Experience also includes working with common
 carriers to arrange the transportation of hazardous and non hazardous chemicals from one location to another.


 Darren Samsel

 Transportation Solutions Specialist

 In the years 2000 after attending Temple University and ten 
 years working in the Nursing Department at Abington Memorial
 Hospital Darren Samsel changed professional direction to the commercial transportation industry.  Joining Labor & Logistics Management, Inc., a driver leasing company serving the northeastern United States, in 2000 as an Assistant Manager.  Then after six months taking over as Location Manager of Central Pennsylvania area and then Location Manager of the Philadelphia / Southern New Jersey / Delaware market area.  After leaving Labor & Logistics Management, Inc., now Fundamental Labor Strategies, Inc., Darren’s next foray in the commercial transportation industry was at Aim NationaLease providing full service leasing, rentals, maintenance, etc. for a full range of commercial vehicles.  In 2009 Darren joined Total Driver Solutions and then Winner Logistics, Inc. returning to providing driver leasing services.  With the advent of TQM Logistics in 2010 bringing together the best of Picture It Clearly and Winner Logistics Darren is now excited about the ability to provide the full range of services available to assist companies involved with commercial transportation to operate safer, more efficiently, and more effectively.
