Our Approach
Learning should be fun, it should enrich our lives and the lives of our friends and family members, it should be delivered in a professional manner by a knowledgable instructor, it should deliver content based on what we want to learn, and it should create a lasting imprint so that what we learn will benefit us for years to come.
The Methods of Cooking: When we "boil" it down, essentially there are 10 methods of cooking from which all dishes are created. Once you are able to master these 10 techniques (and they are not difficult), the art of cooking will become demystified. You will have learned how to fish and are free to create your "signature dishes" based on the ingredients you enjoy. You will understand that recipes are simply suggested combinations of ingredients, and often times they are not very well written.
